1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Bin Clean NZ, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional bin cleaning using high-pressure equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking for one-off services. Subscription services are billed automatically on your chosen billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Bin Clean NZ

At Bin Clean NZ, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality service to all our customers. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all subscription services:

1. Minimum Notice Period
All subscription cancellations require a minimum of one (1) month’s notice. This notice period begins from the date we receive your cancellation request.

2. Continued Service During Notice Period
Services will continue as scheduled during the notice period, and all applicable charges will still apply.

3. Billing During Notice Period
Customers are responsible for any fees incurred during the one-month notice period, regardless of service usage.

4. How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be submitted to our customer support team.

5. Late Cancellations
If less than one month’s notice is provided, the subscription will remain active until the full notice period has been completed, and billing will continue accordingly.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Any requests for exceptions to this policy will be considered at our discretion.

4. Service Access
You must ensure that bins are accessible at the scheduled service time. If our team cannot access your bins, a rescheduling fee may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible bins or adverse weather conditions.

5. Liability
Bin Clean NZ is fully insured and takes care to provide safe, professional service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or property. Any damage caused by our service will be assessed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Quality
We guarantee satisfaction with our cleaning service. If you're not happy with the results, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean at no additional charge.

7. Privacy
We collect and store customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Outstanding Debt Recovery
Any overdue amounts will be referred to a debt collection agency. The Client is liable for the full outstanding balance plus all debt collection costs, legal fees, and interest accrued at 2.5% per month, in accordance with the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 (NZ).

9. Changes to Terms
Bin Clean NZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

1.1 This competition is open to residents of Tauranga and Te Puke, New Zealand only.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The competition opens on May 27, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on June 28, 2026.

2.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, entrants must:

Sign up for any subscription at www.bincleannz.co.nz

Provide a valid email address and service address within Tauranga or Te Puke

3.2 One automatic entry is granted per new subscription.

3.3 Bonus entries:

Tagging a friend in the competition post = 1 bonus entry

Sharing the competition post to your story = 1 bonus entry

4. Prize

4.1 One winner will receive 12 months of bin cleans, total 13 bin cleans per bin (standard service, NOT INCLUDING EXTRA BINS) completely free of charge.

4.2 The prize is valued at the standard 12-month subscription rate.

4.3 The prize year begins immediately following the winner's paid subscription period, or on July 15, 2026 — whichever is sooner.

4.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 The winner will be randomly drawn on June 30, 2026.

5.2 The draw will take place at Bin Clean NZ headquarters, Tauranga.

5.3 The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered from (Instagram or Facebook) and by email.

5.4 The winner's name may be announced on Bin Clean NZ's social media channels.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Bin Clean NZ reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

6.2 Bin Clean NZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the fair administration of the competition.

6.3 Entrants' personal information will be collected for the purpose of conducting the competition and may be used for future marketing communications. Entrants can opt out at any time.

7. Social Media Disclaimer

7.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

7.2 Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Bin Clean NZ, not to Meta.
